We are located on the second floor of the Pride Kumar Senate building on Senapati Bapat Road. It's a busy part of Shivajinagar, so there is always a lot of traffic and noise outside during the day. Our unit is 202A in Building 4. It's a commercial space, but we try to make it feel a bit more comfortable than a typical stiff office. We do training innovations, which mostly means we look at new ways to teach people skills they can use at their jobs. It's a mix of different subjects depending on what people are asking for at the time. We have a few rooms set up with chairs and some basic equipment for demonstrations. It’s not a huge place, but we make the most of the square footage we have available. The elevators in the building can be slow sometimes, so a lot of us just take the stairs to the second floor. We aren't the type of people to wear suits or ties every day. Most of us just show up in whatever is comfortable and get to work on the projects. We spend a lot of time on our computers or talking through ideas on the whiteboard. It’s a practical environment for sure. We don't have any fancy mission statements hanging on the walls. We just want to make sure the training we provide actually helps someone do their job better when they go back to their own workplace. It's a lot of trial and error.
