You will find Maithree Buildmax Private Limited over in Mahim, specifically at Nair Mahal on Senapati Bapat Marg. We are on the first floor in unit number ten. It is a very convenient spot because the road is a major one and everyone knows where it is. The building itself has that old Mumbai character to it. Our office is not huge, but we have managed to fit in enough desks for everyone. Because we are on the first floor, we can hear the buses and taxis going by on Senapati Bapat Marg all day long. It becomes a kind of background music for us. We do a lot of our planning and coordination right from these rooms. There is usually a stack of blueprints in the corner and a calendar on the wall that is covered in scribbles and deadlines. We do not have any fancy decorations or a big sign out front, just the company name on the door. It is a practical space for people who are actually doing the work. Usually, we are juggling phone calls and site reports throughout the day. The light in the office is okay in the morning, but we rely on the overhead tubes once the sun starts to go down. It is a simple, honest workplace where we focus on our projects. We have been in Mahim for a bit now and like being part of the local bustle.
