Lee Waa Construction & Engineering Private Limited is run out of the Ghari area. We are located C/O Ripujeet Nongthombam at the Wpc Centreghari Awang Leikai. It’s a bit of a specific spot, but if you’re from around here, you know where Ghari is. We do a mix of construction and engineering work. It’s mostly about making sure things are built to last and the math is right. We don’t have a fancy showroom. Most of our work is done on-site or at our desks in the Leikai. Ripujeet’s place is where we keep all the technical stuff and the engineering gear. We started this because we wanted to bring some good technical skills to the local building projects in our part of town. It’s not always glamorous work, and sometimes we are covered in mud or dust, but that’s engineering for you. We don't spend much on advertising because word of mouth usually does the trick in a place like this. People see what we build and they come find us at the Wpc Centre. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a project is going to be difficult, we just say so. We like the challenge of figuring out how to make a structure work in the local environment. It’s just us, some tools, and a lot of blueprints here in Ghari, and that’s plenty for what we need.
