Stepan Labs Pvt. Ltd.

Stepan Labs Pvt. Ltd. is located right in Pharma City. It is a busy place to be, and there is always some kind of noise coming from the street or the other buildings nearby. We have been working out of this spot for a while now. The building we are in is not exactly new, and the hallways could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it serves our needs just fine. Inside, we have our lab setup where most of the actual work happens. It is not a fancy corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a place where we get things done every day. Our team is small, and most of us have been here since the start. We know each other well, which makes the long days a bit easier to handle. Sometimes the equipment acts up or the power flickers, but we just deal with it and keep moving. We do a lot of testing and paperwork, which fills up most of our time. There is a small breakroom where we keep the kettle, and that is usually where you will find us if we are not at our benches. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there. We just focus on the tasks we have and try to do them right. It is a simple, honest way to make a living in a place like this.
