Our place is located out on Shujalpur Road in Dabri, which is part of the Ashta tehsil in the Sehore district. It is a bit of a drive to get out here, but we need the space for all the equipment and the work we do at Shree Shyam Agro Industries And Hydrotools Private Limited. The name is quite long, but most people around here just call us the agro place. We have got a mix of industrial tools and agricultural stuff scattered around the site. It is definitely not a quiet office environment. You can usually hear the sound of tools being moved or trucks pulling in and out from the main road. The dust from the road gets everywhere, especially during the dry months, so we are always dusting off the desks. Most of the staff here are local guys from the surrounding villages who know a lot about the land and the tools needed to work it. We do not wear suits or anything like that because we are usually out in the yard or handling the hydrotools ourselves. It is a lot of hard work and the days can be quite long, especially when the weather is hot. We usually take a break in the shade during the afternoon and just talk about the local news or what needs to be fixed next. It is a practical, no-nonsense kind of business where we just focus on getting the job done properly.
