Schemic Design And Construction Pvt. Ltd. is located right on the first floor of Tamrakar Mall. If you know the New Bus Stand area on Bhopal Road in Sehore, you probably know where we are. It’s a busy spot, especially with Englishpura just right there. We spend most of our days here working on various construction drawings and planning out projects for people in the area. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the work done. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy because of the bus stand traffic, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been in this part of Sehore for a while. Usually, people just drop by when they have a building project in mind. We try to keep things simple here. Dealing with cement, bricks, and blueprints is what fills up our time. The mall is a convenient landmark for everyone. There’s always someone coming or going. We handle both the design side and the actual building part. It's a lot of coordination between the office and the sites. We don't really do much advertising; most folks find us because they are already around the bus stand or they’ve seen our name on the mall directory. It’s a straightforward business.
