NARMADA SAND AND MINERALS LLP

Our office is over at Crescent Residency B 22. It is a bit different running a sand and minerals business out of a place like this but it works for us. Most of the day is spent on the phone talking to drivers or checking on where the next load is coming from. Sand gets everywhere, even in the office files. You find it in your pockets and on the floor no matter how much you sweep. We handle different types of minerals too, so there is always something to keep track of on the clipboard. It is mostly just paperwork and phone calls throughout the morning. Then in the afternoon, we might head out to see the sites. The neighbors around the residency know us by now. We try to keep things quiet but sometimes the trucks are loud. It is a simple setup we have here. Nothing fancy, just a couple of desks and some chairs for when people come to settle their bills. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit by the window until it comes back on. It is part of life in this area. We have been doing this for a long time and we know the roads and the suppliers pretty well. Every day is about moving material from one place to another without too much trouble.
