Hershey India Limited

We are located out at Plot No. 5 in the New Industrial Area, No. 1. This is in the Raisen district, which is a bit of a drive if you are coming from the main city. Hershey India Limited has a large facility here, but inside, it is just a lot of regular people from the local area coming in for their shifts. The industrial area is quite vast and can look a bit grey, but inside our gates, things are always moving. It is a lot of machinery humming and people in hairnets moving around the floor. We do not have a fancy showroom at this site; it is a production facility through and through. The weather in Raisen can get quite tough, especially when it is peak summer, but we keep the lines running regardless. We deal with a lot of logistics, making sure the ingredients get in on time and the finished products get loaded onto the trucks. It is a massive operation, but we try our best to keep a friendly atmosphere among the staff. We have a canteen where everyone eats their lunch together, and that is usually where the best conversations happen. We are not about big corporate speeches; we just have our daily targets to hit and quality checks to finish. The site is a bit isolated, so we have become a little community of our own out here. It is just about doing the job right.
