Our place, Shree Balram Marketing, is situated right on the Indore Bhopal Road in Astha. We’re very close to the Reliance Petrol Pump, which is how most people find us. Since we’re on a major road, there’s always the sound of trucks and cars passing by at high speeds. It’s a very active spot. We handle marketing and distribution of various goods from this location. The warehouse area behind the main office is usually full of crates and boxes waiting to be loaded onto a vehicle. We spend a lot of time coordinating with drivers and making sure the inventory counts are right. It’s a lot of manual work and checking lists. The dust from the road is a constant battle, but we’re used to it. We don't have a corporate office feel at all. It’s a functional space where things are moving in and out constantly. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, like when it rains really hard and we have to be careful about loading the trucks. We’ve been operating out of Astha for a while and know the local routes pretty well. It’s a simple operation where we just focus on getting the products moved from one point to another without any unnecessary delays. Being near the petrol pump is handy for the fuel, but it also means the area is always busy with people stopping for a break. We usually keep some cold water in the fridge for the drivers since it gets so hot out there.
