Ikon Agencies

Ikon Agencies is based out of No.306 in the Sree Lacasa Apartments. We are on P. No. 1 2 along the Shaili Garden Main Road in Yapral. Since we are in an apartment building, it feels a bit more personal than a standard office block. We handle various agency tasks from here, which involves a lot of phone calls and keeping track of orders. The main road outside can get a bit noisy with traffic, but inside we are usually busy sorting through paperwork. We started this agency to help get products to where they need to go. It is a lot of logistical work that people don't always see. Sometimes the boxes pile up and we have to spend the whole afternoon organizing the storage space. Yapral is a nice area to work in, and being at Sree Lacasa makes the commute easy for some of us. We aren't a massive corporation with departments for everything. Usually, it's just one or two of us handling whatever comes up during the day. If a shipment is late, we are the ones on the phone trying to find out why. It is practical work and we try to stay honest with our clients about what can actually be done. It's just a small office where we put in the hours every day to keep things running. We don't have much time for fancy stuff, we just focus on the task.
