Vijayalaxmi Filling Station

Vijayalaxmi Filling Station is located out at Survey No -21 in Village Majidpur. We are right in the Shameerpet Mandal area. If you drive by, you cannot miss the smell of petrol and diesel in the air. The station is a busy spot because of the traffic moving through this part of the district. We have the pumps set up and there is always a layer of dust on everything from the vehicles coming in and out. The staff here works in shifts, so there is usually someone around even when it is getting late at night. We spend a lot of time standing on the concrete, filling up tanks and checking oil levels for people who stop by. It is not a glamorous job, especially when the sun is beating down on the forecourt. We have a small room where we keep the records and take a break now and then. Majidpur is a bit of a transit point, so we see all kinds of trucks, cars, and bikes every day. The ground is often stained with a bit of spilled fuel or oil, which is just part of the environment. We do not have any fancy mission statements or corporate slogans. We just focus on making sure the pumps are working and that we have enough fuel in the underground tanks for the next day. It is a noisy, practical place that serves the drivers passing through Shameerpet on their way elsewhere.
