Vemula Sai Kiran & Company

We are located at 1-21 on Warasiguda Road, right in the Padmarao Nagar area. It’s a familiar spot for most people who live around here. Vemula Sai Kiran & Company has been operating from this location for some time now. It’s not a huge setup, just a regular office where we handle our daily business affairs. The street outside stays fairly busy with people heading to work or running errands. We spend most of our time at our desks, dealing with clients who drop in or calling up people to sort out various requirements. The office is simple, with just enough space for us and a few chairs for visitors. It just seems better to focus on the task at hand. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, which can be a bit of a pain, but we just wait it out or use the backup. Most of the people who come to see us are from the neighborhood or have been referred by someone we know. It’s a very local feel here. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of Padmarao Nagar over the years. We keep regular hours, though sometimes we stay a bit later if there's a lot of paperwork to finish up before the end of the month. We keep a few files on the shelves that have been there for years, just in case someone comes back asking about something from a long time ago. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. We just like to keep things simple and clear. It’s just steady, everyday work for us.
