Vaibhav Constructions

Vaibhav Constructions operates out of Monda Market at S.No 3. If you’ve ever been to Monda Market, you know how packed it gets with people and carts. Our space is right in the thick of it. We spend our mornings dealing with suppliers and looking over site plans. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on where the cement or bricks are. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have some old wooden tables and stacks of papers that never seem to go away. Being in the market means there is always something happening outside the door. You hear the vegetable sellers and the trucks unloading all through the day. We focus on building things around the city. Sometimes we are out at a site in the sun, and other times we are stuck here in the market office doing the boring paperwork. We don't use any big words or fancy talk. We just figure out how much material is needed and where the guys need to go. It is a practical business. People come by to ask about costs or to show us a plot of land they have. We just give them a straight answer based on what we know. It is dusty and busy, but it is how we have always worked in this part of Secunderabad. We keep things moving and try to stay organized among the chaos of the market.
