Avon Bakers

We've been at 1 12 171 in Public Sector Colony for quite some time now. Most people around here know where Avon Bakers is. It's just a regular spot where we get the ovens going early every single day. There isn't much to say about it other than we show up, do the baking, and see the same faces coming through the door. Some mornings it gets busy, other times it’s pretty quiet. The shop isn't fancy. We have the usual stuff people expect from a place like this in the neighborhood. It gets hot near the back where the bread comes out. We just try to keep things moving. Sometimes we run out of things earlier than expected, but that's just how it goes. If you are walking through the Public Sector Colony, you probably smell what we're doing before you even see the sign. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look perfect. It is mostly just about the dough and the timers going off. Dealing with flour all day makes everything a bit dusty by the evening. We keep the counters wiped down and wait for the next batch to finish up. It’s a simple routine that we’ve stuck to for years. We aren't trying to do anything revolutionary, just keeping the shelves stocked and the door unlocked for whoever needs something fresh for their table.
