The Balaji Travels

The Balaji Travels is our small travel shop located at 7-2-351/1 in Ashok Nagar. We are right near the Pot Market, which is a very well-known landmark in this part of the city. We have been sitting at this same spot for many years, helping our neighbors plan their trips. Most of what we do is booking tickets for buses and trains. We also help people find a good car and driver if they need to go to a wedding or visit a temple in another town. Our office is very simple, with just some desks, chairs, and a lot of paper schedules pinned to the walls. We don't have any polished brochures or fancy marketing slogans. We just talk to people and find out where they need to go and how much they want to spend. The phone rings quite a bit, and it’s usually someone asking about a train delay or a ticket price. We know the routes and the timings pretty well by now. Ashok Nagar is a lively area, and we enjoy seeing the familiar faces from the Pot Market every day. We aren't trying to be a massive travel agency with branches everywhere. We are just a local business that tries to make the process of traveling a little bit easier for the people around here. Sometimes the computer system is slow or the power goes out, but we just deal with it and keep going. We like the work we do.
