Swarnajyothi Agro & Exports Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Indian Airlines Colony. You can find us at D. No. A- 20 on the 2nd Floor. We are right opposite the Police Lines, which makes it pretty easy to explain the location to people who aren't from this side of town. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is usually busy with people going back and forth. We spend most of our hours dealing with the export side of agriculture. There is always a lot of paperwork to sort out and phone calls to make. It’s a regular office setting, nothing too flashy. We have a few desks and a lot of files. The area around the Police Lines is quite familiar to us now. We’ve been here long enough that we know the nearby shops and where to get a decent tea in the afternoon. Exporting stuff means keeping track of a lot of moving parts. We try to stay on top of the schedules. The building itself is straightforward. We don’t really do big meetings or anything like that. It’s just a place where the work happens. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but we are used to it. We just keep doing what we do with the agro exports from this office. It’s a steady kind of life here in the colony.
