Stanjo India Limited

We are set up in Flat 101, which is on Plot 9 in the ICRISAT Colony area of Old Bowenpally. Since we are in a residential colony, it’s a lot quieter than being out on the main highway. Stanjo India Limited is the name on the little plaque outside the door. To be honest, it feels more like a home than a big corporate office because it’s literally a converted flat. We use the living room as the main work area where all the desks are lined up against the walls. The kitchen is where we keep the kettle and the snacks, and we usually take turns making tea for everyone in the afternoon. It’s nice having a bit of greenery around the building, though the parking is always a bit of a headache since the lanes are so narrow. Most of us have been working here for a while, so we’ve settled into a nice routine. The walls are painted a simple off-white, and we’ve got some calendars and charts pinned up to keep track of what we are doing. It’s a relaxed kind of place, and we don’t really bother with suits or formal stuff unless someone important is coming by. We just focus on getting through the paperwork and the orders without too much fuss or drama. It helps to have a calm environment when the workload gets heavy.
