Our office is over on the second floor of Plot 84 in Jaya Nagar. If you know the Bowenpally area, you know it gets quite busy around here. We’ve been setting up cameras and security systems for a good while now. It’s a private limited company on paper, but in the office, it’s just a group of us who know the technical side of things. We spend a lot of time out at different sites, so the office is mostly for planning and keeping the gear. Jaya Nagar is a decent spot for us because we can get to most parts of the city fairly fast. We don't do big fancy advertisements or anything like that. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. Cameras can be tricky with all the different wires and storage settings, so we just try to make it work without making it confusing for the person paying. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons on the second floor, but we have some fans going. We keep a variety of spare parts in the back room just in case something breaks down. It's a practical business. We show up, put the stuff in, and make sure you can see the video on your screen. It takes time to get the angles right, but we don't mind staying a bit later to finish.
