We are located on the first floor at Door No. 1-8-308/4, right beside the Bajaj Services on Street No- 1. Being on the first floor means we have to carry a lot of stuff up and down the stairs, which keeps us in decent shape, I suppose. The street down below, Pattigadda Road, is always humming with scooters and cars, especially with the service center right next to us. Our space is filled with all sorts of equipment and tools that we've gathered over the years. It’s a bit cramped because we try to keep a lot of stock on hand, so you have to watch your step when you're walking through the aisles. The light comes in through the front windows in the afternoon, which is nice, though it can get a bit warm. We spend most of our time unboxing things, checking manuals, or helping someone figure out which tool they actually need for a specific job. It isn't a quiet office by any means. There’s usually the sound of a phone ringing or someone moving crates around. We’ve been in this part of town for a while now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit, but we just keep doing our thing. The stairs are a bit steep, so we always tell people to take their time coming up. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to get things sorted out as they come in. No big speeches, just everyday tasks.
