We are tucked away near the ITI College in Mallepally, which is a pretty easy landmark to find if you are coming from the Masab Tank side. Being right near the overbridge means it stays quite noisy with the traffic and the students walking by, but we have gotten used to it over the years. Inside the shop, the CNC machines are usually humming from early morning until we pack up for the evening. It’s not a very quiet place to work, but that is just how manufacturing is. We have a small team here, mostly guys who have been working with metal for a long time. The floor is usually covered in some metal shavings, and there is always that smell of machine oil in the air. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just the name on the door. People usually find us by word of mouth or because they were visiting the college nearby. We do a lot of different parts, whatever the customers need that week. Some days we are really busy and other days we just do maintenance on the lathes and mills. It gets quite warm in the afternoon, especially in the summer, so we take our breaks when it’s too hot to stand by the machines. It’s a straightforward shop where we focus on getting the dimensions right and finishing the jobs on time. We just do the work and go home.
