Seventy Mm

We are based in Seventy Mm, located at Villa G in the Gulmohar Apartments. This is inside Amrutha Valley on Road Number 12 in Banjara Hills. Banjara Hills is a very well-known area in Hyderabad, but our spot is tucked away in a bit of a quieter corner. Even though it says apartments in the name, we are actually in one of the villas. It is a nice area with a lot of trees and greenery around the buildings. The road outside can get very busy because Road 12 is a main route for traffic, but once you turn into Amrutha Valley, it calms down a lot. We have been here for some time now. The building is solid and has that older Hyderabad charm to it. It is not one of those new glass towers you see in Hitech City. We use the villa as our workspace. There is enough room for everyone to sit and do their thing without being crowded. Sometimes we have meetings in the main room downstairs. You can see the garden from the windows. It feels more like a home than an office, which is how we like it. The neighbors are a mix of families and other small businesses. We do not really have a big reception desk or anything. You just come to the door and knock. It is a comfortable place to work from.
