We’ve been at this spot on Sarojini Devi Road for a while now. If you head up to the 3rd floor of Dhraupathi Chambers, that’s where you’ll find us. It gets pretty busy around here with all the traffic outside, but we just keep at it. Most of our day is spent dealing with the big trucks and making sure everything is moving along as it should. It’s not a fancy office, just some desks and a lot of paperwork. Sometimes the lift acts up, but we make do. People come in looking for parts or asking about the new models, and we try to give them a straight answer. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking schedules. We know the regulars who stop by, and there’s always someone running down to get tea for the office. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but our work stays mostly the same. It’s about getting the vehicles out there and making sure they keep running. We don't do much talking; we just focus on the logistics and the machines. It gets loud sometimes when the street is packed, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We’re just a group of people making sure the transport side of things doesn’t stall out. It’s a lot of hard work, but we’re used to it by now. We hope to stay here for many more years to come.
