Sandana Physiotherapy Clinic

Sandana Physiotherapy Clinic is up on the first floor here in Chanda Nagar. You find us in Shop No 4-106/1, right on the main road. Being on the first floor means people have to walk up, which is sometimes a bit of a challenge if their knees are acting up, but that is just how the building is. The clinic is part of the Spandana Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation setup. It’s usually pretty loud outside because of all the traffic in Hyderabad, but once you get inside, it’s a bit quieter. We have the usual equipment like mats and some machines for heat or whatever else is needed for the day. Most of the people who come here live nearby or work around Chanda Nagar. It’s not a fancy place with a huge waiting room or anything like that. We just have some chairs and a desk where we keep the files. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint eventually. We spend most of the day helping people move their arms or legs better after they’ve had some kind of injury or just getting older. It gets busy in the mornings when everyone is trying to get their session in before going to the office. By the afternoon, it slows down a little bit before the evening rush starts again. It’s just a normal clinic where we do our work and try to help folks get back to their routine. The floor is a bit worn in spots where we move the equipment around, but it works for what we need.
