Our place is over in West Venaktapuram, specifically at House Number 20-297 in Venkateshwara Nagar. It’s a Secunderabad neighborhood that’s mostly residential and small shops. We deal with electronics all day long. There are boxes everywhere and parts waiting to be looked at. It’s a bit cluttered sometimes, but we know where everything is. We aren't sitting in some high-rise office building. It’s a local setup where we handle the daily tasks of the business. You’ll usually find someone at the front counter talking to a customer or someone in the back tinkering with a circuit board. We don't use big words or fancy slogans. We just fix what’s broken and move on to the next thing. The street outside can get a bit dusty, and the power goes out now and then, but we just keep going. It’s a hands-on kind of job. We’ve been in this spot for a while, so the neighbors know us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished look. We just want to make sure the work is done. Usually, the radio is playing in the background while we work. It keeps the energy up during the long afternoons. If you need something electronic looked at, we’re the ones here in the neighborhood doing the work. It’s simple, honest labor and we’re fine with that.
