We have been here at Emerald House on S D Road for a while now. Being on the 6th floor makes it a bit of a walk if the lift is slow, but we manage. Excel Ex-bio Polymers deals with different types of polymers. It's not the most exciting stuff to some people, but it is important for a lot of manufacturing jobs around here. Most of our days are spent checking batches and making sure things are moving along like they should. We started out small and just kept going. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place to get the work done. People usually find us when they need specific materials for their own production lines. We don't really do much advertising because most folks around S D Road know where we are by now. Sometimes the traffic downstairs gets a bit much, especially during peak hours. Working with bio-polymers means we look at how things can be made better or more efficiently, though it’s mostly just regular daily tasks for us. We keep our paperwork organized and try to answer the phone whenever it rings. It’s a steady kind of business. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years from our window up here. We just focus on the polymers and getting the orders out to whoever needs them. It’s just us doing our thing every day, year after year, without making too much of a fuss about it.
