Reacon Industries Pvt. Ltd. is located over at D-88 and 90 in Phase-I of the Ida area in Jeedimetla. We’ve got a couple of units right next to each other which helps when we have more projects than usual. It’s a busy industrial patch and there is always something going on outside our doors. Inside, we try to keep a handle on things, though it gets a bit chaotic when several shipments arrive at the same time. The heat in Jeedimetla can be something else in the summer, but we just keep the fans running and stay on task. We aren't big on fancy decorations or office furniture that’s just for show. The space is filled with equipment and raw materials mostly. Our team has been together for a while, so everyone knows where everything is kept, even if it looks a bit cluttered to someone walking in for the first time. We spend most of our hours making sure the production line doesn't hit any snags. When the power goes out, which happens occasionally, we just take a breather until things get back up and running. It’s a straightforward operation here. We just show up, do the work required at D-88 and 90, and head home. No big speeches or complicated systems, just regular people doing industrial work every day in the heart of the Ida phase. It gets noisy with the heavy machinery, but we are used to that sound by now.
