Tradex India

Tradex India is located over in Ranigunj, right inside Shiva Chambers. If you know where the Bombay Hotel is, we aren't too far from that spot. It’s an old building, but it works for what we do. The stairs are a bit steep, so we usually take the lift if it's actually working that day. Inside the office, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and stacks of files. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or looking at paperwork. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, but we have a couple of fans that keep the air moving at least. My cousin helps out with the accounts sometimes when things get overwhelming. We aren't a huge team or anything like that. Just a few of us trying to keep things organized. Ranigunj is a busy area, always something going on in the streets down below. You can hear the traffic and the horns all day long. Sometimes we grab lunch from the food stalls nearby because it's quick and easy. We’ve been in Shiva Chambers for a good bit of time now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy to worry about that right now. We just focus on getting the orders out and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the month. It's steady work. Nothing too exciting, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We just try to stay on top of everything that comes across our desks.
