Seco Enterprises

Seco Enterprises is right at 5-5-156/1, just opposite the Lala Temple in Ranigunj. It’s a really busy part of town and the noise from the temple bells and the traffic is constant. We’ve been at this spot for quite some time now. The shop itself is a bit cramped because we have so many boxes stacked up everywhere. There is a lot of dust that comes in from the street, so I have to wipe down the counter a few times a day. We deal with various supplies and parts that people in the neighborhood need. It’s not a very big space, so we have to be careful where we step. My nephew helps me out with the heavy lifting on the weekends when he’s not in school. We have an old wooden desk where I keep all the bills and the ledger. Sometimes customers come in just to get out of the sun for a minute because it gets very hot in Ranigunj. We don't have air conditioning, just a ceiling fan that wobbles a little. I’ve known the other shopkeepers on this street for years. We usually share tea in the afternoons. It’s a plain place, nothing too special to look at, but it keeps us busy. We just try to keep everything organized, though it’s hard with all the new stock coming in every week.
