Space Art

We've been set up here in Industrial Area Doolapalli for a good while now. Our spot is at No. 5-80. It's easy enough to find. Rangareddy is a big place, but folks know this area well. It gets pretty loud. All the other workshops make noise. Trucks go by constantly. That's just how it is. Most days start early with the tea guy coming around. Then we just get to work. Whatever is on the bench needs doing. People usually come by looking for specific things. They need stuff made or figured out. We aren't a big fancy showroom. No glass windows here. It is more of a place where things actually get built. The floor is usually covered in some kind of dust. Scraps are everywhere by noon. We clean it up when we can. Working in Doolapalli means seeing the same faces every day. That is nice. Sometimes the power goes out. The weather makes the roof rattle. We keep the machines running anyway. It is just a regular place. We do our thing and try to get orders out. If you drop by, you might have to wait. Someone might be finishing a cut. Or putting down a tool. It is not about being fast. Looking pretty doesn't matter much. It is just about making sure the job is done right. Then it can leave the gate.
