Rane Break Lining Limited

Tadbend is a busy area, and we are right in the middle of it at Plot No. 13 in Sanjeev Waiya Colony. At Rane Break Lining, the air is often thick with the smell of friction materials and the sound of heavy presses. We make the parts that help things stop, which is funny because we never seem to stop working ourselves. The colony is mostly quiet, but our plot is a hive of activity from six in the morning. We don't have fancy lobbies or art on the walls. Instead, we have stacks of pallets and bins full of finished linings ready to be shipped out. Most of us have worked here for years, so we don't need to talk much to know what needs doing next. The machines are old but they work hard, just like the people operating them. Sometimes the rain leaks a little through the corner of the roof, so we just move the boxes and keep going. We eat our lunch in the small break area behind the main floor, usually sharing whatever we brought from home. It’s a practical place for practical people. We don't do much in the way of promotion; we just make sure the product is solid and the trucks are loaded before the gate closes for the night. It’s just a regular industrial life here in Tadbend.
