R4 Constructions

R4 Constructions is based out of 1-2-89, Srinidhi Enclave in Kakitya Nagar, Hubsiguda. We’re located in a part of Secunderabad that’s close to Jama I Osmania, so there are always students and faculty members around. Our office is in a residential-style enclave, which makes it feel a bit more like a home than a workplace. It’s a solid building with a small sign outside. We spend our time here planning out building projects and looking over blueprints that are spread across our big wooden tables. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is nice when we need to concentrate on some complicated drawings. Sometimes we have contractors coming in to discuss schedules, and there’s always a lot of talk about cement, steel, and timelines. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have old chairs and stacks of folders that have been here for years. The windows let in some good light, and we can see the trees in the enclave while we work. Hubsiguda is a good place to be because it’s well-connected, though the main road can be a bit of a mess during the evening. We don’t really do any big marketing; most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. It’s just a group of us working on construction stuff, trying to get things built right and making sure we stay on top of our daily tasks without too much fuss.
