The hospital is located right in Madinaguda, not far from Pai Electronics. It’s a busy spot, and there’s always something happening out on the street. Inside, it’s a lot of walking up and down hallways. We have staff coming in for shifts at all hours, so the front doors never really stay closed for long. Sometimes the lobby gets loud with families waiting, and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the clock ticking on the wall. We have different departments across the floors, but we all end up seeing each other in the canteen at some point. It’s not a quiet life working here. There are always charts to update and rooms to get ready for the next person. Dealing with insurance paperwork is probably the part nobody likes, but it’s got to be done. We see people from all over the neighborhood, and you start to recognize the regulars after a while. The parking can be a bit of a headache during peak hours, which is something we talk about a lot. We try to keep the floors clean despite the rain bringing in mud from outside. It’s a big building, but it feels smaller once you’ve worked here for a few months. We aren’t trying to be anything other than what Pranaam Hospitals Pvt. Ltd is meant to be—a place where people come when they aren’t feeling well. It’s just how things are run here every day.
