Over at No. 4-5-270, that's where Eurocon Belting Co is based. It’s a solid, no-nonsense kind of place. We handle all sorts of industrial belts, the kind that keep machines running in factories and workshops. The shop is filled with rolls of rubber and synthetic materials, and the smell of it is pretty strong. We’ve been at this for a while, so we know which belt fits which machine just by looking at them half the time. It’s not the kind of job you do if you want to stay clean. We’re usually cutting things to size or crimping edges. The address, No. 4-5-270, isn’t always the easiest for delivery drivers to find, so we spend some time on the phone giving directions. We try to keep a good stock of the common sizes so nobody has to wait too long. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, we cut the belts, we send them out. There are no corporate meetings or mission statements hanging on the walls here. Just a calendar and some tools. We like the work, and we like the people we deal with.
