Patel Agencies is over at S No 543/1 in Fathers Balya Nagar, which is part of Old Alwal. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time now. It’s a quiet neighborhood for the most part, though it gets a bit livelier during the day when people are out and about. Our place is basically a warehouse with a small office area carved out of the front. We handle a lot of different products and supplies. Boxes are usually stacked pretty high, so you have to watch your step when you walk into the back. It’s just us running the show here. We don't have a big staff or a fancy dress code. Most days we are just in comfortable clothes moving things around or checking through the morning's invoices. We know most of our regular customers by their first names. It’s that kind of place where people just stop by to chat sometimes. We don't spend money on big ads; we just rely on people knowing we are here and doing our job. The office has a few old chairs and a desk that’s been around since we first started. It’s not glamorous, but it works perfectly for what we need. We stay busy with deliveries and orders coming in from different parts of the city. Old Alwal is a nice area to work in because it feels like a real community. We aren't a giant corporation, just a local agency trying to keep things moving. We take things one day at a time and just keep our promises to everyone.
