Tata Projects Ltd.

The office for Tata Projects Ltd. operates out of Mithona Towers-1 in Secunderabad. The address is 1-7-80 to 87 on Prenderghast Road. We are right across from the Wesley Co-Ed Junior College and pretty close to Paradise Circle. It’s a very busy part of town. There is always a lot of traffic and people walking around near the college. Our office is in a big building, but inside it’s just a lot of people at their desks trying to keep up with various projects. We’ve been here in Telangana for quite a while now. The office is full of maps, drawings, and stacks of paper. It’s not the quietest place because of the street noise and the general hum of the computers. We spend most of our time on the phone or in meetings talking about construction and engineering. It’s a lot of technical work, but we try to explain it in simple terms when we can. Sometimes the elevators in the tower take forever, so we end up chatting in the lobby. We don't have much time for fluff; we just focus on the tasks at hand. It’s a big operation, but we try to keep it grounded. Being near Paradise Circle means there are good places to eat nearby, which is a plus. We’ve seen this area change a lot since we moved in. It’s just a central spot for us to manage everything we have going on. We try to get home before the evening rush hour peaks.
