Malabar Tours Travels

We’ve been sitting here in Shop 143 of Navketan Complex for a good while now. If you look out the front, you see the Clock Tower right across the street. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone is rushing to get somewhere. People come in and out asking about bus timings or train tickets to various places. We mostly just spend the day on the phones or checking screens to see what's available. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to wait, which is just how it goes. The complex itself is older, and you get to know the neighbors after a while. Most of what we do is just helping people figure out how to get from point A to point B without too much trouble. It gets a bit loud with the traffic outside, but you get used to the honking and the general noise of the city. We keep a few chairs for folks to sit while they wait for their paperwork to get sorted out. There isn’t much fancy about the office, just the desks, a couple of computers, and some old maps on the wall that have been there forever. We handle a lot of local stuff and some longer trips too. It's a lot of typing and double-checking names and dates so nobody ends up at the wrong station. That's basically the day-to-day for us here.
