We have been here at Padmavathi Towers for a good while now. Our office sits on the fourth floor, right across from the Andhra Bank on R.P. Road. It's a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of noise coming up from the street, but we don't mind it much. Mostly, we spend our days looking through files and handling the usual work that comes through the door. N S Reddy and the rest of us just try to keep things moving along. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs more than we’d like. Most people who come to see us are from the neighborhood or nearby areas. We aren't a big fancy operation, just a few desks and a lot of papers to organize. It gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time. The view from the window isn't much, just the tops of other buildings and the bank sign, but it’s home for us during the day. We usually start early and stay until the work is done. It isn't always exciting, but it is what we do. If you are looking for us, just look for the tower near the bank. We’re up on floor four, usually drinking tea and trying to stay on top of the pile of folders on our desks. It’s a simple setup but it works for what we need. It can be a little dusty in the corners, but we manage.
