Being on the 4th floor of the Chenoy Trade Center keeps us a bit away from the noise of Paradise, but you can still hear the city down below. It’s a big building, Plot no. 437, and sometimes the lift takes forever, so some of us just take the stairs if we aren't carrying too much. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with computers and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. We spend most of our time staring at screens or talking on the phone. The light comes in pretty well through the windows in the afternoon, which is nice until it gets too hot. There’s always a lot of people moving around the trade center, so it never feels quiet. We usually bring our lunch from home and eat at the desks while catching up on things. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. The hallway outside always has stacks of boxes from the other businesses on this floor. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we have to wait around, but that's just how it goes. We’ve been in this spot for a good bit of time now and know the security guards and the other regulars. It’s just our daily routine, coming in, doing the work, and heading out once the sun starts to go down over the city.
