Agarwal Foundries

Our office is up on the second floor of Rama Towers, right on M.G. Road in Secunderabad. If you know the Tsk Chambers building, that’s where we spend most of our hours. It’s a busy part of the city, so the traffic outside is almost always loud. We’ve been running Agarwal Foundries from this spot for quite some time. The work involves a lot of metal and heavy stuff, though the office part is mostly just desks and files. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of people in, but we make it work. We usually have the windows shut to keep the dust from the road out, but the light still comes through. It’s an old building, so the elevator is a bit slow sometimes. Most of us have worked together for years. We aren't doing anything flashy here, just the usual foundry business. Dealing with orders and checking on the production schedules takes up most of the day. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment is coming in or if the accounts need finishing. There is a small tea shop downstairs where we usually get our mid-morning break. Secunderabad has changed a lot since we started, but this corner of M.G. Road feels pretty much the same. We just keep our heads down and handle the day-to-day stuff as it comes. It's steady work and we like the routine of it.
