Melfabers

If you head up to the first floor of the Chenoy Trade Centre on Parklane, you’ll find us at unit 183. It’s a crowded building, always full of people looking for one thing or another, but we like being in the middle of all that activity. Melfabers has been tucked away in this spot for a good while. The hallways are narrow and you have to dodge a few delivery guys to get to our door, but it’s part of the charm of working in a place like this. Inside, we have our workspace set up with what we need. It’s not a huge space, so we have to be smart about where we put things. There are stacks of paper and parts here and there, and the air conditioner usually makes a bit of a rattling noise, but it keeps us cool. We spend most of the day handling the tasks that come in, chatting with the other shop owners when we go out for lunch or a quick break. Parklane is always buzzing, especially in the afternoons. We see a lot of the same faces every day. It’s the kind of place where everyone is busy doing their own thing. We don't have a big reception area or fancy chairs, just the desks and the equipment we use every day. It’s a solid place to work, and being on the first floor makes it easy enough for people to drop by.
