Maruvada Nagendra

Maruvada Nagendra is located at Flat Number 102 in Devi Mansion. This is in the Kapila Nagar Colony within the Hydershakot area of Hyderabad. On the local papers, the name T. Anil Kumar is also associated with this spot. Hydershakot has grown quite a bit over the last few years, but Kapila Nagar still feels like a relatively quiet corner compared to the busy main roads of the city. Being on the first floor is convenient because we do not have to wait for the lift when we are in a hurry. The mansion is a typical residential building, so it does not really look like a place of business from the street. We actually prefer it that way. Inside the flat, we have converted the main rooms into our workspace. It is a simple setup with a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and chairs for when someone stops by. We do not have any corporate branding or mission statements on the walls. It is just a home-style office where we can get our work done in peace. Most of our neighbors are families, so we try to keep things quiet. The morning light in the flat is actually very good, which helps when you are looking at paperwork all day. We usually keep the windows open to let some air in, though you hear street vendors now and then passing by the gates.
