Our office is at H. No: 13-92/3/B in Surya Nagar Colony, which is over in Mallapur, Hyderabad. It’s a residential area, so it’s not like those big glass buildings you see in HITEC City. We are basically in a house, which makes it feel a lot more personal than a standard office. Mahindra Mahindra has various spots, and this one is ours. Mallapur can get quite hot in the summer, and our AC struggles sometimes, but we get through the day. The neighbors are mostly families, so it’s a friendly atmosphere. We don't have a big sign or anything too loud outside. People who need to find us usually know where Surya Nagar Colony is located. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of folders. We handle a lot of the local coordination from here. It’s a straightforward setup. No one wears suits or anything like that; we just dress for the weather and the work. Sometimes we order biryani for the whole office on Fridays, which is the highlight of the week. Hyderabad is a big place, but Mallapur has its own little community feel. We’ve been at this house for a while now and it works for what we need to do. It’s just a regular group of people doing their jobs without any fuss or complicated stuff. We show up, work, and that is about it.
