Lakshmi Narasimha Traders

Our shop is C-5, right inside the AMC Market Yard in Bowenpally. If you’ve ever been to the market yard, you know it’s a loud and crowded place, especially in the early hours of the morning. Lakshmi Narasimha Traders is right in the middle of all that action. We get here when it’s still dark out because that’s when the trucks start rolling in. There is always a lot of shouting and heavy lifting going on. Our space is filled with sacks and crates, depending on what’s coming in that day. It’s dusty and can get very hot under the roof during the summer months. We don’t have fancy air conditioning or anything; we just use a couple of old fans to keep the air moving. Dealing with traders and farmers is what we do all day. It’s a lot of bargaining and checking quality. Sometimes the market is slow, and we just sit on the crates and talk to the other shop owners nearby. We’ve known most of them for years. It’s a tight community in Bowenpally. We just focus on our daily trades and making sure the accounts are right at the end of the day. There’s no big secret to how we run things. We just show up, do the work, and head home when the market starts to quiet down in the afternoon.
