Lakshmi Constructions

We’ve been doing work here in Prem Vijayanagar Colony for a while now. Most people around Malkhaj Giri know where we are, right at Dr No 10-147. It’s not a fancy office or anything, just a place where we get the planning and the paperwork done for the construction jobs we take on. Lakshmi Constructions isn't a huge firm, just a local team trying to keep things moving. We handle the usual building stuff that comes up in Secunderabad. Sometimes the weather gets in the way of a project, but that is how it goes around here. We spend a lot of time on site rather than sitting behind a desk. If you walk by the colony, you’ll see our boards up on a few houses we worked on. It’s hard work, mostly dusty and loud, but it is what we do every day. We try to keep our gear organized, though the office usually has blueprints scattered everywhere. People just drop by when they have questions about a wall or a roof. We don't have a big sales team to talk your ear off. It’s just us and the crew. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years, with more traffic and new shops. We just keep showing up every morning and getting the bricks laid. The tea stall down the road is where we usually end up talking about the next day's schedule. There's always something to fix or build around here in this part of town.
