Our place, Kl Technical Services And Kl Facility, is situated on Road No. 1, Patigadda Road. We occupy units 1-8-304 to 307/9. It’s a bit of a spread-out space, but it works for what we do. We handle a mix of technical things and facility stuff, so having those different rooms helps us keep things organized. Patigadda Road is usually quite active, and being on Road No. 1 makes it easy enough for people to find us. We aren't a big fancy firm with a lobby or anything. It's more of a workspace where tools and equipment are always being moved around. Most days start with a quick meeting to see which technical issues need fixing first. We have a small crew that has been with us for a bit. We don't really spend money on fancy marketing or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we are here in the neighborhood and ready to work. Some days are quieter than others, but there is always some paperwork or maintenance to catch up on. Being at 1-8-304 means we’ve seen the area change a bit over the years. We just try to keep things simple. If something breaks or a building needs looking after, we get to it. It’s just honest work.
