Balaji Mould Tech

Balaji Mould Tech is located at Plot No 54 on Road No 5, over in Phase 1. It’s a pretty standard industrial plot, nothing too flashy about it. We spend most of our time working on moulds and technical parts. It’s a lot of sitting and focused work, then some heavy stuff later on. The shop floor is usually busy with someone at the lathe or checking a measurement for the tenth time. We started out with a few simple machines and just grew from there as we got more work. The office is just a small room partitioned off from the main area, so you can always hear the work going on while you're trying to talk on the phone. It gets a bit loud, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don’t have a website or anything like that. People just know where we are on Road No 5. We’ve made friends with the guys in the plots next door, and we often help each other out when someone needs a specific wrench or an extra pair of hands. The work isn't always easy, and sometimes a mould doesn't come out right on the first try, so we have to do it again until it’s correct. That’s just how it goes here. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to get the job done and go home to our families.
