Jbj Sodick Pvt. Ltd. is tucked away in Sector-8. We’ve been in this building at F-44 for quite a few years now. The area has changed a lot since we first moved in, but we’re still doing the same thing every day. We work with specialized machinery, specifically the kind of stuff that uses electrical discharge to cut through metal. It sounds complicated when you say it like that, but for us, it’s just the daily routine. We have a small group of people here who really understand how these machines behave. They can be temperamental sometimes. Most of our work involves helping shops get their parts cut precisely. We aren't a big corporate office with a reception desk and free coffee. It’s more of a place where you’ll find us in work clothes, probably looking at a machine manual or a piece of steel. We try to keep things simple. If a machine breaks down or a part isn't coming out right, we sit down and figure it out. It’s hands-on work. We don't spend much time on fancy letters or big meetings. We just want to make sure the jobs get finished. The neighborhood is mostly industrial, so we fit right in with the noise and the trucks moving in and out. It’s a good place for a business like ours and we hope to stay for a while.
