You can find our place at Sri Colony X Roads in Neredmet. The full address is H No 37-124/11, at Plot No 65. We have been training people in beauty culture and hair styling for a good many years now. It is usually quite loud inside because of the hair dryers and everyone talking while they practice. It’s not a fancy spa where people go to relax; it’s more of a workshop where you actually learn how to do the work. The mirrors are usually covered in some kind of spray or fingerprints by the time we close up for the evening. We don’t have a big front desk or a receptionist sitting there. Usually, one of us just wipes our hands and goes to answer the door when someone knocks. Most of the students live right here in the neighborhood. We try to keep the lessons very simple and hands-on. If you want to learn how to cut hair properly or do bridal makeup, this is where we do that. Sometimes we run out of clean towels and have to wait for the local laundry guy to drop off the next batch. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, but that’s how people learn the trade best. We have some old posters on the walls and a lot of styling chairs. It is just a regular local training spot for people who want to start working in salons. We don't use fancy gear, just the basic stuff you'd find in any real shop around here.
