Image Hospitals

We spend a lot of time on the ground floor here at Ameerpet. The radiology department is where most of the action happens. People come in all day, usually looking a bit nervous, and we try to get them sorted with their scans without too much fuss. It gets pretty loud sometimes because of the traffic outside and the machines humming in the back. The walls are that standard hospital off-white, nothing fancy, but they get the job done. We’ve got a small desk near the entrance where someone is usually sitting, trying to keep the paperwork from piling up too high. In the mornings, you can smell the tea from the stall just down the road. It’s a busy spot in this part of town, and we’re right in the middle of it all. Most people know the building, even if they sometimes get lost looking for the specific room. We have a few chairs for waiting, which stay pretty full most of the afternoon. Sometimes the power flickers, but the backup kicks in, and we just keep going. It’s just us here, doing the work, making sure the files get where they need to go. There isn’t a whole lot of extra space, but we make it work. Every day feels a bit different depending on who walks through the door, but the routine stays the same. We just keep the lights on and help the people who show up and wait their turn.
