Hollywood Foot Wear

Our place is called Hollywood Foot Wear. We are at H No 2-24, right beside the SBI building. It’s a very easy spot to find because the Chanda Nagar bus stop is just a few steps away. Because of the bus stop, there’s always people walking past our front door. It keeps us on our toes. The shop itself is filled with all kinds of shoes, stacked high in boxes. Sometimes it feels like we’re running out of room, but we always find a corner for new stock. Working here means hearing the buses pull in and out all day long. You get used to the noise after a week. We’ve been in Chanda Nagar for a while and know a lot of the shop owners nearby. It’s a busy community. Inside, we have some mirrors and benches so people can try things on. They aren't the newest, but they work fine. We don't spend much on advertising or anything like that. Most people just walk in because they saw a pair of shoes in the window. We spend our afternoons dusting the shelves and talking to the people who wait for their bus right outside. It's a straightforward business. We show up, open the shutters, and see who comes by. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so we keep the fan going. We like the pace of things here. It's just a normal part of life for us.
